This work reflects the experience of being in between—certainty and uncertainty, belonging and searching, memory and transformation.
Created with acrylic and ink, it is built through layered surfaces that conceal earlier calligraphic marks. These hidden strata act as memory traces, where letters function not as readable text but as visual gestures shaping perception.
Two interconnected states emerge: one of grounding and belonging, the other of fragmentation and search through overlapping lines.
Muted greys suggest distance; earlier colors are almost fully absorbed, surviving only as faint residues.
Ultimately, the work explores adaptation and identity as an ongoing negotiation between past and present.
